THE CLIENT

UCI (That’s us!) is a business-focused company that provides a variety of services for small, medium, and large businesses. Our goal is to be able to give companies the resources and tools they need to succeed. UCI is comprised of four sectors: Document Management, Document Destruction, and Digital.

Our professionals work throughout the Texas Panhandle, including Amarillo and Lubbock, and we have recently moved into Clovis, New Mexico.

THE ANGLE

The issue we began with was how to bring multiple “brands” together for a cohesive look and feel across the web. The UCI team has always worked together for the good of each client, but representing our values and goals was difficult without consistency.

Our approach was to create a branded website for each sector of the company that would define the high-quality services we provide. We wanted clients to see us as friendly and professional, not confusing. The goal was also to highlight the unique aspects of every department, including the team members that make everything happen.

THE CONTENT

We started by designing an overall look for the brand using familiar aspects like the primary red color and keeping the logo structure the same. Then, we designed branding guidelines that helped us build the individual websites that represented each department as well as the company as a whole. After that, we extended our brand to print by designing flyers, brochures, business cards, posters, and more.

Design, development, and print were only the first stages of the plan. Once these steps were complete and the websites were launched, we moved into marketing, specifically for social media. By creating and managing social media pages for one brand (UCI), we are able to reach a multitude of consumers.

Our objective is to help as many business owners and operators as possible. We keep all of our websites current with educational information and maintain a presence on social media so you can feel confident in your skills and know that we are here to help when you need it.

THE RESULTS

One way that we have been able enhance our image and enjoy brand success is through social media campaigns. In April of 2018, UCI held a shred day event. Although these are normally popular, using social media doubled turn out on the day of the event. This meant more people were helped AND we experienced more exposure as a brand.
